Delivery and payments

1. Order fulfilment

Your order is fulfilled for the date and location selected when placing the order.

2. Order deadline

The deadline for placing an order for a given day is shown directly with the menu.

3. Delivery time

The delivery time for a specific location is shown in the service for the relevant day.

4. Costs

The order price is shown to the customer before the order is placed. If an additional fulfilment or delivery fee applies to a location, the customer will be informed before entering into the agreement.

5. Payment methods

The primary payment method is online payment. Payments are processed by PayPro S.A., operating under the Przelewy24 brand.

Pay on pickup may also be available for selected accounts. Available payment methods are shown when placing an order.

For online payments, after placing the order the customer is redirected to the payment operator's secure service.

6. Payment confirmation

An order is marked as paid only after the system receives a valid and verified payment confirmation from Przelewy24.
