Terms and Conditions for online orders

2. Scope of service

The Twój Posiłek service enables customers to place online orders for meals available in the current menu for the selected location and fulfilment date.

3. Customer account

Placing an order requires the customer to sign in to their account. Account data is used to the extent necessary to process orders and communicate with the customer.

4. Products and prices

Meal names, prices and availability are shown before an order is placed. Prices are stated in Polish zloty and include applicable taxes, where relevant.

5. Placing an order

The customer selects the meals, quantities and fulfilment date. Before submitting the order, the customer is informed of its total value and the applicable order deadline.

Placing an order requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Payment

The primary payment method is online payment. Electronic payments are processed by PayPro S.A., operating under the Przelewy24 brand.

For selected accounts, the Seller may make pay on pickup available. The availability of this payment method is shown when placing the order.

For online payments, the order remains pending until a valid payment confirmation is received from the payment operator. The customer's return from the payment operator's website does not itself constitute confirmation of payment.

7. Fulfilment and delivery

The order is fulfilled for the date and location specified when placing the order. Available fulfilment dates and times are shown in the service.

8. Complaints

Complaints concerning orders may be sent to: kontakt@twojposilek.pl or submitted by phone at +48 602 743 774.

A complaint should contain information allowing the order to be identified and a description of the reported problem.

Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date they are received by the Seller.

9. Right of withdrawal

In cases provided for by law, the right to withdraw from the agreement may not apply to goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly, goods with a short shelf life, and goods prepared according to the customer's order.

Information concerning the processing of personal data is available in the service's Privacy Policy.

12. Final provisions

These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge in the Twój Posiłek service. The Terms and Conditions in force at the time the order is placed apply to that order.
